The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) in support of the Research and Development (RD) Directorate is seeking feedback from Industry on the acquisition strategy best suited to support the RD Program Management Support (PMS) Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) requirements while also promoting competition, technical excellence and innovation, and Small Business participation. With this intent, DTRA requests our Industry partners provide feedback on an acquisition strategy.


The attached document contains all details pertaining to this request for information (RFI).  The purpose of this RFI is to gain information on current industry practices that would meet DTRA’s requirements, ascertain the level of interest in this requirement, assess market conditions, and supplement market research for this requirement.  This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations nor does the Government promise to issue a solicitation in the future.  This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever.  Further, DTRA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
