The Minnesota Air National Guard, 148th Fighter Wing located in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking market information from industry sources to support the potential establishment of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for flooring solutions. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended solely for market research and planning purposes, with no commitment or restriction on the government’s future procurement approach. Respondents are requested to submit electronic responses on company letterhead, including pricing structures for flooring projects. Preferred pricing formats include per square yard rates across various flooring types and total square footage discount tiers, as well as linear footage pricing for caulk replacement and types of caulk used. Any vendors selected for the BPAs will need to be registered in SAM.gov and provide a CAGE code or DUNS number. The BPA arrangements will allow the government to make consolidated credit card purchases for flooring services and will be subject to the Service Contract Act. The 148th Fighter Wing is interested in understanding the feasibility, estimated service costs, and delivery options, seeking multiple capable providers to meet ongoing and future flooring needs. This RFI is open-ended, reflecting a continuous demand and the intent to establish multiple agreements as necessary.
