All Proposals will be opened on the date and time specifically listed in this proposal. Proposal Opening will be conducted virtually through the use of a Google Meeting. This virtual opening is available to the public at which time all proposals will be opened; during the opening only the vendor name and the location will be read out loud. Our electronic bid system ION Wave will not accept submittals after the published date and time. The proposal opening will be streamed through the use of a Google meets.
