SOW / Information Project Title: Replace 150A hot water lines at three locations in IKEGO. 1) Desired Completion Date: 3) Fund Source: CNIC ST 4) Supported Customer: Housing/Ikego 5) When funds will be available (If Customer Fund): FY25 6) Work Priority: Normal 7) Plant Replacement Value (PRV): N/A 1. Scope of Work: a. Remove and excavate asphalt pavement and ground soil. b. Remove existing 150A & 80A hot water lines with consumed Mg anodes for Cathodic Protection (CP). c. Provide new 150A & 80A hot water lines with new Mg anodes for CP. d. New connecting point (NCP) is the inside of valve in pit (i.e. replace valves also). e. Perform leak test of new hot water lines. f. Restore soil, grass and asphalt pavement. 2. Justification / Reason: a. The casing piping is deteriorated and leaking. 3. Recommendation / Information / Special Requirements: a. ST Project.
