SOW / Information Project Title: (UEM) YSK-SW-BERTH8 REPLACE 250A SW PIPE TO HMP Desired Completion Date: Within FY26 2) Fund Source: CNIC ST 3) Supported Customer: N/A 4) When funds will be available (If Customer Fund): FY26 5) Work Priority: Normal 6) Plant Replacement Value (PRV): N/A 1. Scope of Work: a. Remove and excavate asphalt pavement. b. Remove exiting 250A salt water pipe bet. Berth#8 and H.M.P. c. Provide new 250A salt water pipe bet. Berth#8 and H.M.P. d. Restore asphalt pavement. 2. Justification / Reason: a. The existing salt water pipe is deteriorated and leaking. 3. Recommendation / Information / Special Requirements: a. FY24 MMRP project
