Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply of Approved Screening Device for Alcohol, on an as and “when requested basis” for delivery locations across Canada. The period for issuing Call-ups against the Standing Offer is from award to March 31, 2028. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional 2, one-year period(s), under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the Standing Offer, or at the rates or prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.
