AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by Monday January 16th, 2023 at 2:00 pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Following the previous request for information (https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities/tender-notice/pw-zg-411-38950), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to issue multiple Standing Offers for the provision of Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) Consultancy Services of the following Workstreams: Workstream 1: Research and Analysis Workstream 2: Policy Development and Implementation Workstream 3: Program and Project Management Workstream 4: Training, Tools and Facilitation Workstream 5: Evaluation and Monitoring The proposed period of the Standing Offers is for two (2) years from date of issuance with options to extend up to three (3) additional one-year periods at the same terms and conditions.
