This bid solicitation is issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply in the resource categories identified in the solicitation. This requirement is for the recognized standard for business process and case management systems across the Government of Canada (GCcase), based on Microsoft Dynamics). Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in all required resource categories in this solicitation and in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. Security Requirement is identified in the solicitation.
