AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2025-01-24 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide the rental of various highway Trailers on an “as and when” requested basis for various Federal departments within the Ontario region, excluding the National Capital Region. The primary users within the region will be the Department of National Defense and Correctional Service of Canada. There are two (2) Streams applicable to this requirement, Stream 1 – All Suppliers and Stream 2 – Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. Each stream and location will be evaluated separately, with the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price per location for each Stream issued a Standing Offer.
