This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote from the 174th Attack Wing, Syracuse, NY, with performance in Rome, NY.


This solicitation is to ensure all specified fire protection and life safety systems at the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS) are maintained in a constant state of operational readiness as outlined in the attached PWS. This guarantees the protection of personnel, mission-critical assets, and facilities by maintaining strict compliance with all applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.


Award will be made to the lowest price offer that can meet the criteria of the RFQ and PWS that is a small business registered in sam.gov.


This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 561621.


Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered.
