The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in Lakehurst, New Jersey, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Aeronautical and General Instruments Limited for the procurement of Minimum Operating Strip Lighting System equipment. This procurement includes four specific types of lighting trailers: CABKIT, Quadcon ISO containers, MOSKIT trailers, and SALKIT trailers, along with all necessary subassemblies and spare parts. The final decision to open the requirement to competition remains at the sole discretion of the government. This action is managed by the Department of Defense under solicitation number N68335-12-R-0053, with Michelle Prinston serving as the primary point of contact.
