Earl Warren Elementary School Modular Classrooms Project

The Lake Elsinore Unified School District is planning the installation of two new modular classrooms at Earl Warren Elementary School, situated southwest of the existing modular classrooms on the southeast portion of the campus. The project is designed to address current facility needs without increasing the school’s student capacity and will not involve the demolition or relocation of any existing buildings or structures. Construction is scheduled for a single phase during Summer 2026 and will be completed within approximately one month, minimizing disruption to the school year. The project will disturb less than one acre of the site and will connect new utility lines to the campus’s existing infrastructure through trenching, with no need for tree removal. The work will adhere to environmental constraints by preserving the natural layout of the area, and no permanent structural alterations to existing buildings are anticipated. The project is forecasted under the agency’s facilities planning, with Brad Runge, Director of Facilities, identified as the point of contact for inquiries, and is expected to enhance instructional space while maintaining the campus’s current footprint and environmental integrity.
