Early Education Expansion at Caliber Changemakers Academy

The City of Vallejo is advancing the modernization of the Caliber Changemakers Academy campus to support increased enrollment in its early education program through the installation of four new one-story modular buildings totaling 8,640 square feet. These structures will directly expand classroom capacity and educational infrastructure to meet growing demand. Complementing the new buildings, the project includes significant on-site enhancements such as an expanded parking lot and student pick-up/drop-off area, upgraded playfields and hardcourts, new play structures, associated site work and underground utility improvements, and approximately 6,173 square feet of new landscaping to enhance the overall campus environment and functionality. The work is planned to be completed at the existing campus location in Vallejo, California, with a posted forecast date of August 4, 2026. Key personnel overseeing the project include Cesar Orozco as Planning Manager, Brittany Sicat as Project Manager, and Markus Mullarkey as President of Caliber Schools, with coordination through the City of Vallejo’s administrative channels.
