The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, East Campus Integrated Program Office (ECIPO) requests letters of interest from POTENTIAL PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS for the construction of the East Campus Office Trailers at Fort Meade, Maryland. USACE has a requirement for a Commercial Design-Build Construction project to purchase and install a cluster of four (4) portable, volumetric modular office structures on the lot where the Golf Course Clubhouse (presently partially demolished) once stood. Proposed office structures will be located at the end of Taylor Avenue at Fort Meade, Maryland adjacent to the East Campus Program, outside of the secure NSA fenceline.


This procurement is being structured as a Commercial Design-Build project to leverage existing commercial-of-the-shelf (COTS) modular designs to achieve the Army’s strategic objectives of accelerating facility delivery speed by up to 50% and reducing lifecycle costs by up to 30%. 


The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with an SBA size standard of $45,000,000.00.
