The Project consists of the following major elements: pre-construction consultation and construction of a replacement of the existing East Lake BPS with a new BPS on the existing site, as well as approximately 5,000 linear feet (LF) of new water main outside of the existing BPS property (suction and discharge piping) to improve the system hydraulics.
