East Los Angeles 3rd Street Specific Plan

The Metro Gold Line Eastside Access Phase II Calvary Cemetery Pedestrian Path project, managed by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, is part of the East Los Angeles 3rd Street Specific Plan.
