The US Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District is issuing this source sought synopsis as a mean of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in fabricating (2) ramp barges, (1) middle support float, and (1) middle support fixed base .All of these components will be used to construct a ramp spanning from the top bank of Ensley Engineer Yard in Memphis, TN to the landing barge (not part of this requirement) that will be tied into the Stringout structure.
