Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) requires structural engineering consulting services to lead an assessment of mezzanine layout options for 7 total locations within buildings D200 and D108, to assess the slab capacity to support the mezzanines and produce concept designs for each of the 7 shops. This is a request for proposal (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 Heavy Civil Engineering Services (Structural). The invited firms for the province of Nova Scotia are:Hatch Ltd, Mitchelmore Engineering (JV), Stantec, and GEMTEC.Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.
