Request for Qualification - Independent Certifier Services

This publication is the first phase of a two-phase bidding process. Public Works and Government Services Canada (“PWGSC”), operating as Public Services and Procurement Canada (“PSPC”), is conducting a Request For Qualifications process to prequalify Independent Certifier firms for selection at future RFP Stage. This process will be used to establish a source list of Independent Certifiers (Phase 1) who will be invited to submit their proposal for projects that will be undertaken on behalf of the Public-Private Partnerships Procurement Directorate (P3PD) (Phase 2) pursuant to the terms of the resulting P3 Project Agreements between Canada and Private Partners. The resulting source list of prequalified IC shall remain valid for use by PSPC for a period of 5 years. UPDATE: Phase 1 of the process has now concluded. The following four suppliers have successfully qualified: · Altus Group · A.W. Hooker · BTY Group · Lakeland Consulting All four suppliers will be invited to bid in response to the RFP that will be issued during PhaseII.
