Project Description: PSPC has a requirement for a third party Commissioning Agent for the Murray-Holland Renovation project at the BIO in Dartmouth, NS. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-180269 for Commissioning Services. The invited firms qualified in the province of Nova Scotia are: 1. CBCL Limited 2. EastPoint Engineering Limited 3. Integrated Commissioning and Certification 4. Ambioner 5. Maritech Commissioning Works. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English.
