PSPC intends to retain a Structural Marine Engineering Consultant, with the services of specialized subconsultants, to design and provide construction support for the replacement of wharf Structure 402 at the Louisbourg Small Craft Harbour (SCH), Nova Scotia. Louisbourg SCH is located in the town of Louisbourg on the eastern side of Cape Breton Island, approximately 30 minutes southeast of Sydney. The condition of Structure 402 has deteriorated to the point where DFO-SCH has elected to proceed with its replacement design. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Marine Engineering discipline for the province of Nova Scotia are: 1. WSP Canada Inc., 2. Stantec Consulting, 3. SHM Canada Consulting Ltd., 4. CIMA+, 5. Dillon Consulting.
