AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 24, 2023 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting consulting firms with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering expertise to submit offers for Standing Offers. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section of this document for building projects in the Western Region, excluding Comprehensive Land Claim Areas, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories. Offerors shall be licensed or eligible to be licensed to practice in the province governing each applicable zone or zones (i.e. Alberta, Saskatchewan and/or Manitoba).It is PWGSC's intention to authorize up to twenty (20) Standing Offers, four (4) in each zone, Northern and Southern Alberta, Northern and Southern Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, each for a period of three (3) years plus an option for two (2) one-year periods from the date of issuing the Standing Offers.
