Full Description

Project Description: PSPC on behalf of DFO-SCH has a requirement to evaluate and design options for the replacement and/or enhancement of structures 301/601, 303/406, and 304 at Skinners Pond Small Craft Harbour. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Marine discipline for the province of Prince Edward Island are: Harbourside Engineering Consultants, GEMTEC, WSP Canada Inc. and SHM Canada Consulting Ltd. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. General Information: The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English.
