RFAP for Engineering and Scientific Review Services – SOA

English Title: Defence Construction Canada –Consultant Engineering and Scientific Review Services – Standing Offer Agreement: RE24EWG, National Capital Region English Description: Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the National Capital Region. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The SOA will be for a period from the award date up to March 31st, 2025, with a maximum estimated value of $100,000.00. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 10,000.00 and $ 150,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 200,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information. Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
