Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) and Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) require Heavy Civil Engineering Services to complete a Geotechnical Investigation and Site Servicing Study in support of the planning and design of a new Canadian Coast Guard Search and Rescue Station (CCG-SAR) at the Freeport (South Cove) Small Craft Harbour (SCH) on Long Island, Digby County, NS. This is a request for proposal (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 Heavy Civil Engineering Services (Geotechnical) . The invited firms for the province of Nova Scotia are: Harbourside Geotechnical, Stantec Consulting, BGC Engineering Inc, and Englobe Corp. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
