Replacement of the Underground Electrical Distribution System - RFAP

*****THIS POSTING HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO CHANGE THE CLOSING DATE TO NOVEMBER 30, 2023.***** Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Consulting Services – Replacement of the Underground Electrical Distribution System, St-Jean Garrison, Quebec In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services: soil survey, preparation of a Statement of Requirement, concept, plans and specifications for the replacement of underground electrical distribution systems at the St-Jean Garrison, Quebec. Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP. The objective of this RFAP is to select the proponent with the highest total score. The Safety Requirements for this project are identified in RFAP documents.
