AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by Wednesday, December 13th, 2023 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This Request for Proposal process is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to requires to satisfy the requirement of Public Works and Government Services Canada (Canada) to require an independent 3rd Party Commissioning Consultant (CxA) to provide Building Commissioning (Cx) services for the One Building Project which includes the Centre Block Rehabilitation, Parliamentary Welcome Centre New Construction and the integration with Centre Block Underground Services (CBUS), Visitor’s Welcome Centre Phase 1, West Block and East Block.
