Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to retain an Engineering Consultant, with Coastal Engineering services, to conduct a coastal engineering study to evaluate potential options and provide conceptual design for the replacement of structures 301 and 601 at Judique (Baxter’s Cove) Small Craft Harbour. Coastal Engineering consulting firms having experience in waves, nearshore hydrodynamics and sediment transport modelling are requested to submit a firm quote for the work. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Coastal Engineering discipline for the province of Nova Scotia are: 1. Hatch Ltd., 2. GEMTEC Consulting Engineers and Scientists Limited, 3. CBCL Limited.
