Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) has a requirement for Mechanical Engineering Consultant Services to develop plans and specifications describing replacement of air handling units serving each floor of the Polaris building at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) E0225-150564 for Mechanical Engineering Services. The invited firms for the province of Nova Scotia are: Argyll Associates Limited, M&R Engineering Limited, exp Services Inc, and SNC-Lavalin Inc. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.
