Public Services and Procurement Canada wants to establish a consultant contract for a detailed engineering survey and design, to be used within Fleet Maintenance Facilities (FMF) Cape Scott at Naval Electronic Systems Test Range Atlantic (NESTRA) (Osborne Head, Buildings OH301 and OH313, Dartmouth NS) for the design of a replacement for the 70KVA UPS system and existing heat pumps. The design shall include complete specifications for the UPS and Heat Pump as well as all related electrical and mechanical infrastructure modifications. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement E0225-150564 – Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services (SA). The invited firms qualified under the Electrical discipline for the province of Nova Scotia are: Peerless Consulting Ltd., Eastpoint Engineering Limited; Strum Engineering Associates Ltd; SNC-Lavalin Inc.
