AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by Thursday, August 17th, 2023 at 2:00pm EDT. All offers submitted after 2:00pm EDT will result in the offer being declared non responsive. This Request for Standing Offer process is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires Construction Cost Consultants to provide independent third-party, building, site and infrastructure cost planning, estimating, and peer reviews for a number of projects located within National Capital Area (NCA), Ontario and Quebec provinces under Real Property Services (RPS) and Science and parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) project managers’ management.
