A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 8, 2023 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and His Majesty the King in Right of Canada. In accordance with section 9.35.35 Notification of Procurement, this is to provide notification of the subject solicitation. This solicitation is limited for bidding among firms registered on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the services of an Mechanical engineering firm (Consultant), acting as the Prime Consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the delivery of services required for this project. The proponent must be a firm, licensed, or eligible to be licensed to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent that may be required by law in Nunavut.
