Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for consultant services for detailed design and construction services for repair/rehabilitation of components of the JCVH Bridge in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Bridge discipline for the province of New Brunswick are: 1. CBCL Ltd. 2. WSP Canada Inc. 3. COWI North America Ltd. 4. Harbourside Engineering Consultants. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the Ariba RFP. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions, 1713 Bedford Row, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1T3. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
