Title: Quay Wall Project
Location: St. Andrews Lock & Dam, Lockport, Manitoba Requirement: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires the services of a Civil Engineering firm (consultant), acting as the Prime Consultant with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants experienced in design and construction of retaining walls in a marine environment for the provision of the services required for this project. PSPC requires an investigation, analysis and recommendations of options to stabilize (repair, replace, or remove) the Quay Wall at St. Andrews Lock & Dam located in Lockport, Manitoba, as further described in the Terms of Reference.
