CSC has a requirement to replace and upgrade the existing major main normal power service equipment and emergency power systems equipment including existing main substation, generators, raceway and emergency distribution equipment at Springhill Institution, Springhill, Nova Scotia, Canada. The intent is to evaluate options to replace this equipment with a new electrical distribution equipment. As part of long term asset modernization planning strategy, PSPC/CSC are investing on a feasibility study to provide a detailed assessment of the existing normal and emergency power systems at the Springhill Institution. This feasibility study is to include various options analyzing in detail the engineering, architectural and financial implication of each option. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details
