Project Description: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for inspection services of the JC Van Horne Bridge in Campbellton, New Brunswick. The contract will be for 3 years of inspection services.Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Bridge discipline for the province of New Brunswick are: Parsons Inc. 1. SHM Canada Consulting Ltd. 2. Dillon Consulting Ltd. 3. Stantec Consulting Ltd. 3.
