AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on May 16, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) intends to retain a Civil/Environmental engineering consulting firm for the provision of the multi-disciplinary services. This project requires the Consultant firm to prepare the Detailed Engineering Design for the implementation of the Whitby Harbour Remediation Project in the Whitby Small Craft Harbour. The sediment remediation approach planned for the Site is hydraulic dredging with vacuum consolidation or other appropriate sediment de-watering method followed by offsite disposal at an external permitted landfill. The selected consultant(s) shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section of the Solicitation document. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is a single submission process. The criteria used in the evaluation process is more fully detailed in the Solicitation document.
