All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 27, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC)on behalf of the Department of National Defence requires the services of an Engineering Consulting first at Canadian Forces Station (CFS) in Alert, Ellesmere Island, Nunavut. DND requires building/facilities and related site infrastructure commissioning (Cx) experience to; .1 Act in the capacity of the Commissioning Agent (CxA) - refer to Definition; and/or .2 Act as a Professional Engineering Commissioning (Cx) Consultant. This Procurement is Subject To The Agreement Between Inuit Of The Nunavut Settlement Area And His Majesty The King In Right Of Canada (The Nunavut Directive)
