Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to serve as ‘Geotechnical Engineer of Record’ / ‘Geotechnical Consultant’ and provide professional geotechnical engineering services during the Design Development and Design Package phases of the ASEC project. As an Optional Services item, the geotechnical engineering services may be extended to the construction phases of the project. Invited Firms: This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368 for Heavy Civil Engineering Services. The invited firms qualified under the Geotechnical discipline for the province of New Brunswick are: 1. WSP Canada Inc., 2. Wood Canada Ltd., 3. BGC Engineering Inc., 4. Englobe Corp.
