This is Phase Two of a two-phase selection process. Interested suppliers’ qualifications were evaluated, and they were pre-qualified under Phase One. For Phase Two, only pre-qualified suppliers have been invited to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), has a requirement for the general construction, renovation of Murray-Holland Building, located at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography (BIO) Campus Dartmouth N.S. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 28 months after contract award.
