The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Counsel Library seeks to renew annual electronic subscription access for EBSCO's Business Source Premier package and upgrade it to Business Source Ultimate package plus EconLit with full text. Also, the EBSCO electronic product- Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection: HOST One - Year Subscription beginning 9/1/18-8/31/19 is required. The current subscription was renewed under TIRNO-17-M-00001. This is not a new requirement. Please see the Statement of Work (SOW) for details. All quotes are due NLT August 7, 2018 by 3PM EST.
