This is a re-fit of the 1st and 2nd floors (829.8 Um2) of the Edmundston SCC (Service Canada Centre) located at 2 Emmerson Street, Edmundston, NB E3V 1R8. The intent is to renovate the existing spaces for 32 ESDC full time employees (FTE’s) within the building and make changes to the existing LAN Room. The project will involve phasing and the requirement for a temporary swing space within the existing spaces. Some construction work will be required to be done on evenings and weekends.Construction Documents will be required to be in French and English and stamped and signed in both languages.Typical office work hours are from Monday-Friday, 7 am – 6 pm.ESDC office space must be accessible for all employees and the public and must adhere to the B651HB-23.This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement E0225-152290 Architecture and Interior Design SA list for New Brunswick. The invited firms qualified under the Interior Design discipline for the province of New Brunswick are: Groupe Leclerc Architecture & Design; SableARC Studios Inc.; Fowler Bauld & Mitchell Ltd.; and Trilogy Interior Design Inc.
