Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Correctional Service Canada (CSC) require architectural consulting services for the development and production of all steps and documentation for the creation of an institutional master plan for the Nova Institution. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against Supply Arrangement (SA) E0225-152290 for Architecture Consulting Services.
