Full Description

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from consultants to provide Building Condition Reports (BCR) for Various Locations in New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador. The general scope of services for this project is to undertake the work required to provide a concise and comprehensive assessment of site, buildings, building components, and building elements of PSPC real property assets, including life cycle costing. This is as a Request for Proposals against the Architectural Supply Arrangement E0225-152290, the list of invited firms in no particular order is as follows: 1. Stantec Architecture Ltd. 2. Nadeau Soucy Ellis Architects 3. Root Architecture Inc. 4. Eastpoint Architecture Partners. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by the date and time indicated in the RFP. Reference the solicitation for further details.
