Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence and Coast Guard Canada, has a requirement for the supply of juice and soda products on an as and when requested basis. A Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) will be awarded for a one year period to supply and deliver these products to zones in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. See solicitation document for more detailed descriptions of the delivery zones and locations. Delivery will be required for both static kitchens, as well as DND and CCG vessels. All Juice products MUST be manufactured in a HACCP Certified Facility and must be also distributed through a HACPP certified distributor. The supplier also must supply the consignee with state of the art equipment dispensing machines for both juice and soda, to a max of six (6) machines total, with a minimum of four (4) selection valves per machine. The juice dispenser must be a closed system with no hoses or tubes to trap bacteria and must be 100% maintenance free, with dispensing nozzle incorporated in the juice packaging.
