Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Atlantic Region, on behalf of various government departments has a requirement for a Regional Master Standing Offer for the provision of Kitchen Accessories and PPE, Cleaning Supplies, Cleaning Chemicals with Dispensing Machines and Related Equipment including maintenance & repair services of that equipment only in at various locations in the Region, on an “as and when requested basis” for the period of the Standing Offer from award date to April 30, 2025. The area of delivery is all localities in the Atlantic Region (NB, PE, NS, and NL) with a publicly funded feeding requirement. This includes 5 CDSB Gagetown in Oromocto, NB E2V 4J5, CSC institutions in NB and NS E2V, E9E, E4K, B0M, and B2N, CFB Halifax in the HRM B3K, CFB Greenwood in Greenwood, NS B0P 1N0, and the Canadian Coast Guard in Dartmouth B3B 1A6 and Sydney, NS B1R 2J6.There are a total of 6 zones.Reference the solicitation for further details.A maximum of 1 Standing Offers will be awarded per zone. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis. Bidders may bid on as many or as few zones as they wish and zones are evaluated independently of each other.Bidders may submit inquiries about this solicitation only through the Ariba messaging tool.Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.
