AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All bid submissions must be submitted on 16 March, 2023 by 1400 EDT. All bids submitted after 1400 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the construction of a sweeper garage at the Wabush Airport, Newfoundland and Labrador.
