This requirement is for services to provide engineering, training, technical publication development, program management, technical services, and other services relating to surface and subsurface vessel navigation systems, steering/propulsion control systems, MCS/ECS and ECDIS The Contractor shall maintain and provide subject matter expertise for Navy ECDIS, legacy VMS installed on surface ships, NECDIS or VMS software installed on Ohio, Los Angeles, Seawolf, and Virginia class submarines, SIBS, DDG-51 class IBNS/ IBS, DDG 1000, CG-47 class ISC, LHD ABS, LHD MCS, LHA MCS, NAVDDS, VDR, LPD SCS and LCS Fathometer/Echo-Sounder, LCS Freedom/Independence Integrated Bridge System and EchosounderNOTE: This will be awarded as a Sole Source Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (CAGE: 03956). No other proposals will be expected for at this time.
