The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place a firm fixed price order under Basic Ordering Agreement TBD with the Boeing Company of St. Louis, MO, 63166, for tasks required to submit ECP-MDC-F/A-18-06224C2 for production incorporation of the Data Transfer Unit (DTU) in select Aircraft. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, as only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements.
