ECSD invites qualified and experienced vendors with experienced commercial bottle pick-up services to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI). ECSD shall review all submissions submitted in compliance with this EOI for acceptability and suitability, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into any agreement.
